Ltd., a company incorporated and registered under the provisions of the Companies Act 2013, having its registered office at 387-12, Near Purana Thana, Gohalpur, Jabalpur. The company operates the digital media websites www.bazmedia.in and www.bazmedia.net, engaged in the business of independent journalism and news coverage with a focus on community-centric narratives. By using, accessing, viewing, or subscribing to the services offered by Baz Media, you agree to be bound by and abide by these terms and conditions.
To support free, fearless, and impactful journalism, we invite subscriptions from individuals and organizations. Your subscription directly supports the sustainability and growth of Baz Media’s work.
Eligibility and Acceptance
By subscribing, you confirm that you are legally competent to enter into a binding agreement and are authorized to represent any entity or organization involved. If any of these terms are not acceptable, you are advised not to use our services.
This agreement remains in effect as long as you are subscribed to Baz Media’s services. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. You are encouraged to review the terms periodically. Continued use of the service after changes indicates acceptance.
Registration and User Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Subscriptions are non-transferable.

By subscribing, you consent to receive communications from Baz Media via email or other digital channels. Baz Media does not sell or share personal data with third parties except for essential service delivery (e.g., newsletters, event access).
Payments and Refunds
All subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription by emailing bazmediain@gmail.com, but no payments will be refunded after cancellation.
Content Usage and Intellectual Property
The content on Baz Media is for personal, non-commercial use unless explicitly stated. Any unauthorized copying, redistribution, or exploitation is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to take legal action in case of infringement.
Limitation of Liability
Baz Media is not responsible for user-submitted content and disclaims liability for any resulting harm. We reserve the right to moderate or remove content at our discretion.
Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Union of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh.
